Autumn 2026 - A week-long immersion into our unique method of storytelling From Oct 19th to 23rd - Book your place 10am to 5pm each day LONDON, Shoreditch Town Hall As Theatre Re marks 15 years of making original visual theatre and celebrates 10 years of 'The Nature of Forgetting', we invite performers, makers, recent graduates and actors in training to join a week-long immersion into the devising methods behind the company’s internationally acclaimed work. Combining rigorous physical training with collaborative creation, the intensive offers a rare opportunity to explore how Theatre Re builds emotionally powerful narratives through movement, rhythm, music and ensemble work - without relying on text. Drawing directly from the company’s process, participants will train in Corporeal Mime technique and its repertoire, explore ensemble composition, develop physical storytelling, and engage with devising methodologies used in the making of Theatre Re’s productions. Alongside training and devising, the week is an opportunity to connect with a community of performers and collaborators interested in ambitious, visually driven and emotionally resonant work. This five-day workshop is led by Guillaume Pigé (Theatre Re Director and RADA Associate Teacher) along with core Theatre Re members. No previous experience of Corporeal Mime is required to join, only your curiosity and playfulness. |
