Theatre Re is an international theatre ensemble founded in 2011 and based at The Point, Eastleigh. We work across the arts, science and education. We have received business development funding from Arts Council England for 2020-21 and have created our first strategic plan. We are looking for someone with new perspectives and innovative fundraising ideas, who will be able to embrace the challenges of responding to Covid-19 to help us with a fundraising strategy for our programme of performance-making, touring and teaching to 2023.

We are seeking an experienced, creative and inventive arts/charities fundraiser with a track record, a strong network and an understanding of project-funded touring theatre to:
- Look at the creative ambitions, partnerships and touring prospects outlined in our plan and advise where best to position the company and programme for prospective funders and donors for a diverse approach to income generation
- Develop a case for support for our work with messaging that will appeal to potential funders and donors that is long-term but that embraces and responds to the currently uncertain situation
- Identify and create a database of trusts, foundations and individual donors whose mission and values align with ours
- Write a fund-raising strategy for 2020-23
- Identify tasks for the Theatre Re team going forward and equip them with the skills necessary to implement this strategy in 2021
- Advise on the design of key promotional materials, including digital assets

Timeline
- November 2nd, 2020 - Applications close at noon
- November 16th &17th, 2020 - Online interviews (mornings) for shortlisted applicants with Guillaume Pigé, James Pidgeon, Director Shoreditch Town Hall and one other Theatre Re associate artist
- End of February 2021 - We anticipate this being a 3-month engagement until the end of February 2021; working hours to be determined with the successful candidate
